Hi Dave
I have noticed that there have already been a number of responses to
your question. I also use NCU for backups, installs and moving Newton
papers to and from the desktop. If you have not yet installed the OS X
drivers for your keyspan serial adapter you can install the OS 9 driver
and then it will appear as a choice in the NCU preferences.
I use the keyspan serial for my 130 and ethernet for my 2100.
I have used two different Switchers attached to my dsl router and can
connect to either without difficulty. The greatest difficulty is
getting the appropriate packages installed on your newt. see recent
