Except that 3680 is not a non-standard port. It's an officially
IANA-assigned port number for the NPDS tracker protocol:

http://www.iana.org/assignments/port-numbers

If it was an unassigned or out of range number - then the spam filters
should pick it out, not otherwise. Dumb-ass spammers making life a pain
for everyone - grumble, grumble...
