I'll second the Commensal, they're sprouting up all over. You also
should try 'Santropol' at 3990 St. Urbain (www.santropol.com), and my
favourite 'Chuch' on St. Denis near Rachel. Order from the menu if
you're in a group, and bring your own wine. Those are all healthy
places though, if you're looking to fill your arteries the last poutine
I had was from 'La Belle Province' on Mont Royal between St. Hubert and
Cristophe Columb. Great fries, good curds and OK sauce.
