To J & K Sales, Inc.

PLEASE HELP ME !!!
My Newton 2100 dead after inserting the NEW NEWTON BATTERY PACK just received
from J & K Sales.
I followed all warnings. I plug in the 9W Power Adapeter and the Newton went on
normally. Then I inserted the new battery pack (just unpackaged) and Newton went
off immediately as it happened a short circuit.

NOW MY NEWTON IS DEAD.

PLEASE HELP ME !!!
