This is why it is always a good idea to backup your newt before moving big
packages or making large changes. It is rare but 'stuff' happens (even on
desktops). I always backup before installing a packages I have never tried
before as well, just because 'stuff' happens. And even Apple recommended
this since the early Newton days. It reminds me of this one advertisement I
saw about some sort of backup software that said "Don't be a fool....backup
is cool".
