Ebay is your friend. I bought a Lucent Wavelan Silver Turbo just a
couple of months ago and I can tell you from personal experience that it
works perfectly with the newton drivers. If you're going to search for
802.11b cards these days, I'd suggest ebay or some other second-hand
source is your best bet. I've never tried an 802.11g card with a newton,
but I do know the Lucent card works (it's the Orinoco Silver rebadged
for the UK, essentially). I use it with an emate, and I'm pretty sure
the emate itself is a bottleneck because I don't get anywhere near
11Mbps performance from it, but you should be ok with a 2100.
