I could be wrong (I don't have LPR working on my Newt) but it looks to
me that the URI is the error (and is the e = error line in the cups
log).
If your queue name is correct - c8 - then the URI should be
ipp://192.168.1.2:631/printers/c8.
Maybe I'm right, maybe not -- it can't hurt to try.
