So, in my quest to find a ANUG hiding spot, I visited a restaurant down the
street last weekend.
It's called "Le Grande Fromage Poutine Palace". It is run by an escaped
teacher who takes Poutine very seriously. She researched the proper gravy
and has it available so you can make it up at home. She researched the
proper cheese curds and has them made fresh locally rather than having
Saputo send them out "fresh"(!?!?) from Ontario. The menu consists of
burgers [big|childrens][beef|chicken|veggie], steamed hotdogs, fries,
poutine, and pie [cherry|blueberry|sugar].
She doesn't want to have an extensive menu of things done half heartedly.
So, if anyone is coming to Edmonton (not the suburb of London, way up in
the north-west corner of your map), proper Poutine is available.
