I've just tried a DWL-650+ with my 2100 (2000 upgraded) - nothing. Not
a peep. Got the latest beta, more card names patch, Lantern patches
etc.

Just for people's amusement - I don't have serial on my G5, and I don't
use my PC anymore - it's being replaced with a 1.25GHz eMac next week.
I have a home network consisting of Belkin 54g ADSL modem/WiFi/Router,
linked to a Belkin 10/100 switch which doesn't talk to older 10Mb
devices reliably, so that's linked to a 10Mb HP Advancestack 12 hub in
one office, and a 24 hub in the other, on which lives a Mac Colour
Classic with Mystic (LC575, no solders!) upgrade, which runs NCK and
NCU. Because downloaded packages are often the wrong type, I fix them
on the G5 via AppleTalk using erm... something I downloaded which lets
you change things like that. Also, it doesn't like disc images, so I
open them in OS X over the network.

When I have WiFi, it will all be redundant, except I use the Colour
Classic for IRC when I'm bored, and to play Crystal Quest ;)

I'm shopping for a Lucent card now, though. I can't be arsed with all
this 'maybe it will work' nonsense anymore.
