Here you go.
Complete with cover graphic.
I noticed a pattern in the paragraph marks that seems
to indicate what would be a chapter. I didn't read the
book yet, but from what I read, the subject matter
does switch with these paragraph marks, so I created
hard page breaks for them.
If you go to my download site,
http://newton.tek-ed.com/index.cfm?type=2
The page is sorted by author, so find this book under
the "M's"
I also included the wording on the webpage that
introduces the book in my readme.
Have fun
