The 'D' is the catch. I haven't been able to test Blunt with that
version, only the BT2000CF and BT2000E-CF. I think the 'D' version was
either an earlier model or the European version... If you want to, you
could send it to me so I can see if I can get it working. It might
however be completely incompatible. You can contact me off list.

The BT2000E might be worth a try (but I guess you did that already).
