Well I've figured out a way to get webpages to text if anyone is
interested. There is also an Isilo for Windows for $19.99. Once you
have pulled the websites into Isilo files they can be viewed with the
Isilo for Windows application and then saved as text files. From there
you could create NewtonBooks or Paperbacks.

I haven't actually tried it yet as the demo of Isilo for Windows does
not allow you to actually save the files or copy and paste.
