I don't have a router so no I don't have an IP address for the Newt.
I'm trying to connect to the eMac so that I can use Network Connection
Utilities via ethernet to install software downloaded from the net. At
the moment I have to use a serial connection on my (ancient/vintage)
powerbook 520c to install packages.

Do I need an IP address for the Ethernet configuration setup in
Internet Setup? I have this set to 'DHCP server' at the moment.

Regards,
Mark
