Flash Cards, Newton Backup Utilities, or Newton Connection Utilities.
Personally I would try Newton Connection Utitlies first. It is on UNNA.
If you are using windows, you might need to run Slowdown (also on UNNA) a
few times (aka seeing it several times in your task bar) if you have a fast
processor.
