[NTLK] Why can't NetHopper open this page?

Hi folks,

does anybody have an idea why NetHopper 3.0.1 can't open this
page?

I admit I wrote it with NotePad, but it is about the smallest
and simplest html page one could write? All NetHopper gives me is
a 404 error.

Can anybody open it with one of the other Newton browsers?
