[NTLK] Bootstrapping your newton

Much has been typed about the issues involved in bootstrapping a
newton and loading it with the desired drivers for ethernet cards. I
have found a program, the NewtonDILTester which allows me to beam using
the IrDA built into my powerbook, without anything being installed on
the newton. Unfortunately I cannot recall where I got it from, If
anyone knows could they please post a link because I think it would be
invaluable to many people who have this issue. If no one else can find
it I can upload my copy to UNNA if its not there already
