OK, My Green friend just completely stunned me!
I mentioned a while back what I'm using my MP's for, one of the uses is to
collect statistical and subjective data for food reviews. Now that I have
around 50 of these reviews in my MP2100 I started to fret on how I was going
to get them out and into my XP laptop to upload into my website. I mean
really fretting!
After lunch I decided to iR-OBEX to the laptop to see what would happen if
anything.
Well, my laptop popped up the "incoming" dialog box and I accepted the file
transfer, and their on my desktop appeared the file "Untitled.txt".
Admittedly excited I anxiously opened the file expecting hieroglyphics; how
wrong I was! It was perfect, everything came over as expected, except for
the note title! See Below.
Ordered a #2, Protein wrap, no onion, + BBQ sauce, side salad w/blue cheese,
medium drink
Server-Mariacela (3rd day)-had minimal difficulty with order. Took order and
confirmed verbally and was correct, forgot to get tray / Salad / dressing.
She did get cup for drink and was very friendly and confident for her third
day.
Food order- was correct and served before I finished pouring my drink. The
protein wrap Super Star was perfectly cooked & prepared, very flavorful with
the distinct char-broiled flavor, condiments were properly portioned. The
side salad was fresh & crisp; the lettuce was of proper portioning except
for two large pieces, Only 1 teaspoon of water at the bottom of the
container. Drink was Diet Coke, flavor was correct and the CO2 was set
properly.
Environment- Store appearance was tidy and neat upon entering. Tables were
clear and clean; floors were swept but needed to be mopped. Trash was
evacuated properly, taken from trash can directly from container out the
door and not through store. My napkin dispenser was loaded backwards. The
men's bathroom needed to be cleaned, the sink basin, floor, stalls & urinal.
Music was at a good volume. Dinning area was constantly being cleaned, was
swept three times, tables cleared and wiped four times, trash once.
Staff- Was adequately staffed, with two new people working with managers and
independently.
I'm grinning from ear to ear! Thank-you Newton team and of course Eckhart
Koppen and Paul Guyot!
