[NTLK] Data - 'Soup'? beaming - no such choice...

I am trying to transfer packages and their relevant data to an ATA
card (thanks, Paul Guyot) to have everything at my fingertips even
when I have a communications card inserted.

One App is 'Gourmet' - a not very Newton-friendly application (it
irks me every time it asks me when I close it: 'Do you really want to
close me?'), none-the-less, it is the one in which I have entered my
recipies and all their ingredients ONE BY ONE - in a format that
cannot be exported (Grrrr, again....).

I have beamed the Gourmet package sucessfully from one Newt with a
4MB card where the application and its recipies reside, to another
with a 16 MB Flash Card, and filed it on the flash card. When opened
on that newton, no recipies. So I need to beam the recipies, the
data. But where is it? For each recipie, from within Gourmet, there
is the possibility (in the routing (envelope) menu) of moving-to-card
or moving-from-card. And there is 'print recipie'. And 'duplicate'.
No Beam. No Copy.

On the Newton, I look at storage, and there is: primordial:gourmet,
and I tap it and there is 'internal' items: 0, size 1k and 'MyCard'
items: 58 size, 102k. This must be my data - and no filing or
routing. Just delete.

Please, listmembers, what do I do to transfer this data to my new
card without removing from the old? Although I quess I could live
with deleting from the old.... as long as it is, in fact, moved to
the new.
