Plus I'd ask about the results of the survey. If they will send the final
paper to every participant (which incidently is what I'll be doing with a
survey I volunteered for a project in the kayaking community, where I've
interviewed manufacturers), I'd say let's go for it! I only participate in
surveys where I'll be able to get the results. Do they say anything about this?
And why don't they put up a webformular to fill in anonymously? That'd be
totally acceptable, too, and should be within their technical competence.
