You don't need to do that at all... I haven never browsed there in
newtscape, so that might work too.
You can also use a desktop computer to browse over there and get the
info for phone #s and account name and password.
Make an internet setup called Nocharge with the info.

Regular SMTP will not work as that uses port 25 which is BLOCKED. You
would need to use an outbound mail server on a different port.
