I added now driver code for the AmbiCom/Pretec Air2Net BT2000E
Bluetooth CF card, the one with the black antenna. Just select it in
Bluetooth Setup and you're done (Note that the "Test" procedure won't
work with thet BT2000 cards, but it's not required anyway):

I might have to test it a bit more thoroughly (sometimes, pairing to
MacOS X works only after a couple of tries), but I'd be happy to get
feedback.
