Look for a used HP JetDirect EX or 300x. These are only 10BT but they will
be fine for printing. Both of these models do old-fashioned appletalk, as
well as TCP/IP. Let me know if you end up getting one and I'll tell you how
to configure it. Once they are set up they are very reliable. We use them a
lot on HP plotters.
