Some more comments this time in the source. you can change the time for
closing the views.
This one will take care of the Notification slips (BugTrap's, or when you
tap an extension) and the cards Slips after 20 Seconds or so.
Let me know if there's any specific application you'd like to close at
startup, we can have a thread about how to use ViewFrame to find and close
it.
