Totally agree with Marty. We do not need two lists.

IMHO, anybody who is reads an Off-Topic thread and is getting upset
and/or tired of reading about whatever the subject is about should do one
thing...

...stop reading the thread and delete the appropriate messages. Simple.
Easy.

Reference OT discussions. Remember, no one is forcing anyone to read the
messages on this board, nor agree with what is said. Participation in
the Newtontalk message board is purely optional.

As long as Off-Topic messages are appropriately marked with [OT], then
Newtontalk participants have not one to blame but themselves for reading
the Off-Topic messages.
