[NTLK] development software

Hello,

In the next few days I'm hopefully going to receive a 2100 and to
prepare I'd like to get some development tools installed and warmed up.

I'm at a complete loss of how to start. I've looked at the FAQ and read
through some of the archive and wiki but not really found any
comprehensive instructions.

I've downloaded some of the dev stuff from unna and I've got basilisk II
(I'm running on 10.3.3 with no classic) but I'm not sure what I need to
do next.

Is there a guide somewhere which shows how I can get all this stuff
installed and working?

Many thanks,

Richard
