I can second this. I remember seeing two auction that truly empitomize this:

1. Refused to ship to Canada on the grounds that we admitted
terrorists into our country(!)
2. Refused to ship to France because Frace didn't support the USA's
"war" in Iraq.

I don't mind shipping anywhere in the world, often times I'll even eat
the price of postage.
