[NTLK] nBlog Instructions?

Anyone have some - I've searched but can't find any. The only icon
that's active when I install nBlog (the 1.0a10 no-timeout version) is
User Info. Why are all the rest grayed out, and what's the correct info
to put in the fields for a blog hosted on blogger.com (whose URL is
actually at blogspot.com)?
