Short answer, no.

You can use Newt's Cape to capture and save a version of most web pages
into Newton Book format. However, there is no Newton equivalent of an
Internet Explorer Web Archive file. In fact, I don't know of any other
software besides IE that reads or understands web archives. Does anyone
know whether web archives created by IE on a Mac are even compatible with
Win IE?
