i think its all in the FAQ :)

i use newtsync and there is also email and ICVC. bluetooth, WLAN and
ethernet are the most convenient ways to connect, but bluetooth is
still in beta. you can install software with excale and delivery or
simply by browsing a folder in the "Sites" catalogue.
