The page tells you that you forgot to put in some information in one or several fields. The given fields should have been listed below.
Anyway, I dropped the seller a line asking about international shipping, but he did not come back to me yet (huh, it's the weekend, and actually the weather is great, so no wonder). Unless someone else already got an answer (please post!) I will let the list know as soon as I know more.
