This link lists your model as I recall - these were packaged with the
MP2000s & MP2100s that were being sold directly or resold afterwards
from rti.org.. or whatever the name of that non-profit that were
selling them off till the middle of July on eBay...

If you got one it was a good chance it may have come from them...
