It's truly amazing how you seem to demand anything out of us at all.
I'm not sure if I'm reading a different mailing list than you but the
one I'm reading is a free service provided by some really generous
people that is contributed to by, also, some really generous people.
The users on this mailing list have shown themselves as a top-notch
crowd of enthusiasts -- you are the exception.
I wish I could say I'm sorry you didn't get the answer you had hoped
for from the list but that's the honest truth in asking for help:
sometimes you don't get it.
The fact you found the solution yourself just tells me you posted to
the list prematurely. Before posting, take into consideration the
number of messages that pass through the list and hold back that Send
button until you really do need help with something.
