Being unable to cycle DHCP without a reset sounds like a bug to me. If
it works on wired, it should work on wireless. If it doesn't work on
wired, it's not just a simple bug but a deeper one. Even Windows can
handle a DHCP release/renew cycle without screwing it up much. (;
