[NTLK] Newton 100 Siemens Notephone

Hello, I have received a Newton Siemens Notephone consisting of Newton
100, system 101, modem and the phone.
Newton works. System is German. How to change the system to English 1.3.
Did anyone made the whole set working as a note phone conected to a
normal phone line. It looks like I have a problem with the phone. Is
it a problem with Siemens phone system (necessity of a particular
switchboard) or... is it simply broken (in my case).
