Hello, I was going to post a working eMate for sale until, whist
charging, the eMate decided to blow up a little transistor near the
battery. It was very stormy in my area (Pittsburgh PA) at the time,
so I can only blame a power surge. In any case, The board in the back
by the battery is the only thing that I can tell went wrong (there is
a big scorch mark), it no longer turns on, but I figure that it is
still useful for it's other parts. The case is in good condition, the
screen worked perfectly the day before. I know there have been
problems with punctured screen ribbon cables, so maybe you could use
the cable in this one to replace it. The battery pack was upgraded to
4 2100 Mah batteries. The original eMate stylus and a cloth shoulder
bag are included. I'm not really sure what something like this would
be worth, so best offer gets it. (I'd assume it's only worth a few
bucks) Thanks!
