[NTLK] [ANN] Newtway Driver Beta 1

It's still got a couple of bugs, but works pretty well for most
cases. For those of you lucky enough to have a Newtway connector (or
functional equivalent) you can give it a try at:

http://newted.dyndns.org/users/jdtc/packages/StowAway.pkg

(The Newtway is a handy adapter plug which allows the connection of
some specific older Palm "StowAway" folding keyboards to the Newt's
serial input. A new version, by Doug Parker, is in the works.)

Currently the driver supports regular, shift, alt, alt-shift and
accented characters, most command-key combinations, and applications
keys for names, notes, calculator, etc. You can also turn on the
backlight from the keyboard :)

It doesn't yet support control keys (for terminal emulators and the
like). It works with NOS2.0, but doesn't like the command keys. It
may hang under certain conditions. It might even do worse than that,
don't say I didn't warn you.

If you could take the time to drop me a line at this address (DON'T
REPLY TO THE LIST!) I'll let you know when new versions are released.
I'm also curious to know how many people are using the Newtway, and
what features they would like. It's not difficult to remap the keys,
so if you'd like support for a different language layout (or anyone
else want Dvorak? Is it just me?) that could be arranged.

Credit must go to Daniel Padilla for doing the difficult part and
then releasing his code, and Grant Hutchinson for getting it all
started.
