Re: [NTLK] [ANN] NewtNAV + AQ-300 bundle

Great to see this service being offered -- I just couldn't find an AQ-300 on my side of
the Atlantic, so Adriano did me a favour and forwarded one to me with his NewtNAV. If I
might be permitted a public endorsement ... it was packed very carefully and
professionally, and arrived in a surprisingly short time (I think it was about 5 calendar
days from Italy to Canada)(YMMV).

Everything works great with the Newton and also with my iBook using the included USB
adapter. The weak link is the #$($*( Newton interconnect port/dongle connection. Even
though my interconnect port is still physically strong, the dongle is very sensitive to
movement of the cables and I often have to wiggle it to re-seat the connection and get
data flowing again. Of course, this is no reflection on Adriano's fine product. I
imagine it'll be a more solid connection with the SER-001 port, if I ever get around to
installing that.
