I wasn't aware of that until this thread came up - I presumed that he =
was buying up from the market and reselling at profit. He is Canadian - =

I only wish there was some way of warning some of his buyers about this. =
I guess a web page outlining his crimes against Newtondom could be put =
together, but it would have to be hosted on an ISP that wouldn't pull it =
when he inevitably complained. The problem is, unless you are a regular =
reader on here, with his feedback rating people will assume he is legit.
