The PC card is definitely larger and heavier than the serial card.
This just demonstrates the fact that the amounts he charges are arbitrary and not real.
He is a rip off merchant who feels vindicated if he states the price in his auction.
This might be legal but he is truly a bottom feeder and should be avoided at all costs.
