Well, the article DOES say, "I've made a top ten list of devices or=20
initiatives that failed AND SHOULDN'T HAVE." (emphasis mine) So, I=20
think he's saying the Newt was the best of the bunch listed there (like=20=
there was any question, esp. given that list!).
I think we Newtonians should take it as a compliment. Beats the=20
alternative. :-P
