Matt,

NCU is pretty standard by Windows App standards and you shouldn't have a problem.

I'm not aware of anything changed in XP SP2 that would cause an NCU install to
fail.

Since we never saw your error message, e-mail me the GIF off-list and I'll see
if it has any clues.
