I assume you mean appetalk and file sharing.
Right, first you need to get the macs plugged into each other. I
recommend Ethernet, or if not get an asante Localtalk-Ethertalk bridge
or a Farallon iPrint.
Then plug each mac into it and turn on appletalk on both (Chooser or
Network Control Panel (MacTCP) or Appletalk Control panel (Open
Transport) on 7.5.3, and the Network Prefpane on 10.4) then enable file
sharing on the 7.5.3 mac (Sharing Setup Control Panel, setup users in
the users "Control Panel"). (It wont work from the 10.4 mac, the took
out support in 10.4 :-() Next open the network browser in 10.4, just
click network in the sidebar. Then double click the icon representing
the 7.5.3 mac and login, then choose the volumes you want and they'll
mount on the desktop.
