[NTLK] Lookout won't install properly on my laptop! Why!

Hey there folks,
 
I've tried THREE times to install the PC-side of the "LookOut" app, but
every time I attempt the install, it finishes up by saying the version (Beta 3)
is expired! Even if I set my the date back to the good ole Newton days, the
app still says it is expired. Can anybody provide a link to a version that
won't do that? I am talking about the .exe file that must be installed on the
PC, so that it will communicate with the Newton side. It's about a 5MB
download. Any help would be appreciated.
