Have you tried Claris Organizer?

It's the original version of the Palm Desktop, more or
less. I believe there are set up instructions on the
Newt Wiki. If not, I think I have them around
somewhere and can email them to you off list. You have
to be able to run NCU in Classic on your Mac, but you
should be able to do a sync that generates a Palm
compatible data file.
