Hi,
Thanks all for answering and giving inputs on this problem. I
downloaded the drivers from UNNA, but there is not lots of
information there. I finally found my answer on this web site:

http://www.chuma.org/newton/ethernet/

I didn't have the Farallon drivers install. As soon as I did
installed it, the card did worked.
