I think Adobe would have to do that - isn't it a closed protocol?
 
For text PDFs, you can save the contents out to an RTF or text file and then run them through Newton Press. I suspect you could do the same, even with graphics, with an HTML file and NewtsCape, though I've not tried that myself.
