Basic Poutine
Home made French fries
Cheese curds
Beef Gravy
Mix thick cut French fries and cheese curds. Pour the gravy over the
top and wait until the cheese starts to melt. Then dig in to the
messiest, yummiest, fast-track-to-a-heart-attack snack in town.
Not much more sophisticated than that.
