I'd put it down to the fact that the NCU was written for 16-bit
versions of Windows originally (Win95 contained a fair bit of 16-bit
code) [pun intended], and in Windows XP-64 there isn't support for
that anymore. I think you might need to look into that PowerBook
3400... I've got a 512K but I don't think you want that ;-)
