Hello all,

I have a friend with a Newton MP2000.

He's had it for a while and is getting back into using it, but he has
a serious problem with the pen alignment. No matter how many times he
selects Align Pen, it is still well out of whack.

It seems to be 1 mm off in the mid uppper region of the screen. And
sometimes it doesn't recognise anything.
It's more than an intermitent problem and sometimes has the same
problem in other areas of the screen but not as often.

I did a brainwipe of the system last night, hoping it was a software /
conflict problem....

Any thoughts on how to remedy the issue - software based or hardware based?
