Tonight, I was informed by my girlfriend's 10-year old grandson that he had accidentally broken the glass display screen covering on the MP 2X00 I gave him. The screen display looks like it is still intact. The screen lights up, and I can easily read the note on it. However, it does not respond accurately to pen input.
The question is, can the glass be replaced? I saw a web site once that explained the process for separating the glass from the display. Could an ordinary piece of glass be used, or am I missing some key point? Thanks in advance.
